1.When will my order ship?

Expect the delivery date to be within 7-10 business days of your order date.

2.Can I change my order after I've placed it?

Many of our orders go into fulfillment immediately. In those cases, we cannot edit orders. To see if we can edit your order, please contact us at contact@ewsca-cashmereshop.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Return Policy.

3.How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Please note that tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to generate.You can also find your tracking information by logging into your Ewsca account and navigating to your Orders & Returns. 

4.What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?

 Please contact us (contact@ewsca-cashmereshop.com). We'll make sure you're taken care of!

5.Where do you ship?

We ship the goods directly from our factory in China with no middleman.

6.How much does shipping cost?

Orders for $300.00 or more will receive free No-Rush shipping.

7.What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered:
The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package on your behalf
The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance
If you still can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, contact us via our contact form.
Please note, we are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Please contact the third-party shipper if any shipping issues arise with your order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding tracking.
If you happen to receive your original order after you’ve received your replacement package, we kindly ask that you return the former. You can contact us and we will send you a return label so you can ship the original package back to us free of charge.

8.How can I cancel an order?

If you'd like to cancel an order, please reach out (contact@ewsca-cashmereshop.com) to Ewsca's customer experience team as soon as possible. If a product has shipped, we'll assist you with the return process.
