What is your return policy?

1.Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

2.We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

3.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4.Ewsca cashmere offers a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience more enjoyable. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

How do I start a return?

Please send email to contact@ewsca-cashmereshop.com, indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

How long do I have to make a return? 

Once Ewsca receives a product return request, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and processing. Once your items have been inspected, expect a refund within 2-3 business days to the original payment method.
At this point in time, Ewsca is unable to return processing fees that are collected from the payment provider.
If a product that you have ordered is defective or damaged, please contact us(contact@ewsca-cashmereshop.com). We will assist you in getting an immediate replacement if one is still available.
